If you happen to surf around Olive PR’s website, social media channels or marketing materials, you can’t help but to run across our slogan: “Making an impact—a big one.” I have to say I always knew that our team did this to full capacity, but it wasn’t until this past week that I realized just how much of “a big one” we actually do make. The impact this amazing group of women has achieved never ceases to amaze me. We have contributed to so many powerful campaigns recently and I wanted to take a few minutes to highlight these “big one(s)” with you!
I’ve Got the Power—Going Viral: This past month I was able to cross off several of my dream media hits—Good Morning America, FOX News, ABC News, Refinery 29, MTV, BuzzFeed, People.com and more—all for one client—Love & Autism: A Conference with Heart. The best part about it all is that it didn’t stop there—it has since gone viral! Multiple outlets around the nation are sharing this beautiful story that has fostered a much-needed movement created by our client, Dr. Jenny Palmiotto, in hopes of humanizing autism. Having a campaign go viral did not just happen for one of our clients this month, but two! Surf City Surf Dog (yep, a surfing competition for dogs) flooded the worldwide web with coverage from Vanity Fair, Glamour, Good Morning America, Nightline News and the list goes on!
Social Media Game on Point: Social media is another important part of what we do at Olive PR Solutions. This month our social media team got some CRAZY results for our clients—for starters, they reeled in over 500 new followers on ART SAN DIEGO’s Facebook page in one week and 2,300 new followers on SWAY Santa Monica’s page in under 60 days! Our savvy team didn’t stop there—they were also able to gain over 800 new followers on the Little Italy Association’s Instagram page within a month, plus they curated a thought leadership blog for a client on LinkedIn that resulted in over 500 organic likes and an exciting new business opportunity. These are only a handful of the impactful events that go on at Olive PR Solutions.
